We are so grateful to both Barry and Edward for the outstanding service we received in order to bring our dog to the UK via France. Fantastic service! We were moving from Berlin to London and found out quite late in the process that we wouldn't be able to take our elderly cat with us in the airplane cabin. Barry provided amazing service throughout - he answered our questions about the required paperwork, provided clear information so we would know exactly what to expect during the ride from Paris to London, and even offered to mail back a coat that we accidentally left behind.
